I don't know who else would have done this role so well besides Hyun Bin. The hero of Hyun-bin is made of all those qualities that girls like so much - strong, smart, ironic, sexy, interesting, handsome 'factory-garage-owner-parachute'. The main characters are almost mystical, the kind you don't meet in ordinary life. And even if something tragic happens, you remember that fairy tales usually always have a happy ending. It's nice to dive in there and dream and hope. The Mysterious Garden is a place where the most cherished wishes come true, where miracles happen, where love takes on absolute magnitude. I always watch this dorama at Christmas because it creates an atmosphere of New Year's mood. This is a love tale with its own style and narrative, The Mysterious Garden. But this is not the fairy tale of the Little Mermaid, which the characters want to associate themselves with from time to time in the film, nor is it the tale of Alice, which also pops up in quotes and flashbacks of all kinds, and it is certainly not the tale of Cinderella. First of all, I want to say that I treat this film as a fairy tale.
